Going to Ultra Music Festival this year? Not going but want to stay in the loop? I've got you covered.

While I feel that many electro and progressive house songs can sound generic these days -- with a gradual build-up followed by a bass-heavy drop -- I scoured through hundreds of songs by this year's Ultra Music Festival artists, and narrowed it down to 50 songs: the best of the best.

RAGE is made up of classics, mashups, remixes and originals, all packed into one. The beginning will get you pumped, the core of the playlist is hardcore, and the latter part approaches a feel-good, care-free ending. Appropriately, it ends with Kygo's "ID - Ultra Music Festival Theme" for 2015 -- a song I've been putting on repeat a lot lately, and surprisingly of the tropical house genre despite Ultra's electro house roots.
